Up Close On Beauty

One interesting detail you may not know about me: my very first job was as a digital marketing intern at a Portuguese magazine company (which owns Marketeer). Personally, I’ve always admired journalists for their ability to provide trustworthy, professional, and unbiased information.

That’s why it means so much to me to have been mentioned in an article last week—for the second time in my life! I was featured in Magg magazine’s “You must follow these 16 Portuguese Beauty Influencers (we’re already fans)” , and I couldn’t be more flattered.

One of the reasons this recognition is so special is because I’m listed alongside some incredible influencers, including two of Portugal’s biggest names in beauty – Helena Coelho and Inês Mocho. It’s also an honor to be featured alongside friends like Joana Preto, Carmo Lico, Joana Medeiros, Sara Fernandes, Joana Álvares and Jael Correia.

I launched my beauty account in 2020 during the pandemic, simply looking for a hobby I’d enjoy. Not only did I find one, but I also discovered a way to connect with an incredible audience, a passion for beauty and photography, new friendships, and even a side hustle.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky to collaborate with some of my favourite brands – Dior Beauty, YSL Beauty, Valmont, Swiss Line, Perfumes & Companhia, Surratt Beauty, Next Memory Atelier, and many more.
